No physical items will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access to your files either through your checkout page or by email.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

Compatibility

All templates are designed to be edited using Canva (free or paid version). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device and internet connection.
We are not responsible for technical issues related to Canva’s platform or user accounts.
